Homemade perfume- an experiment

Reading Mountain Rose Herbs' blog one day, I was intrigued by their recipe for homemade perfume.  After weeks of putting it off, I have started a batch.  All you need is some herbs, flowers or fruit, vodka and glass jar that can be tightly sealed.

I'm using rose petals, a tea bag and a drop of rosewood oil.  Combine your ingredients in the jar.  Shake daily for two weeks- strain and it's ready to use. From my working knowledge of herb crafting, citrus fruits and woody herbs should work really well for this.

I'll let you know how it turns out in a couple of weeks.
